Quail Ridge in Oklahoma offers an 8 bed all women’s memory care unit that serves those that have middle to end stages of Dementia — providing a higher level of care and more one-on-one care with trained & Certified Dementia Practitioners.
As of July 2024, 67% of our nursing staff are Certified Dementia Practitioners, with a goal of 100% by the beginning of 2025.
A Compassionate Approach
We believe providing independence, while also instilling the emotion of comfort to be themselves is important for our memory care residents. We believe getting into "their" world is the best and most respectful approach. Compassion, love, and understanding is very important to us and those we serve and care for.
